Job Description
Develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit MEP based on design drawings and project specifications.
Model HVAC systems including:
Air Conditioning Systems
Chilled Water Systems
Ventilation Systems
Smoke Extraction Systems
Fresh Air Systems
Exhaust Air Systems
Ductwork and Piping
Prepare HVAC layouts, sections, schedules, and construction/shop drawings.
Perform clash detection and coordination with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines using Navisworks.
Update BIM models based on design revisions and engineer comments.
Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and proper file management.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model caonflicts.
Deliver project milestones within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
