Job Description

Summary of position:

We are looking for a self-starter Product Specialist / Asst. Manager to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide service and customer support during field visits
Manage all on site installation/commissioning, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
Handling warranty cases & repairs
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Coordinate with technical experts from plants for support on technical issues on cranes
Ensure to follow safety procedures and act when safety breach is observed
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Share relevant information across the service team
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
Be a team player
