Job Description:
Prepare and review periodic fund reports including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
Perform analysis and validation of fund performance, holdings, NAV and investment data.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Fund Accounting, Operations, Investment Management and Data teams.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of fund-level financial and investment information.
Investigate and resolve data breaks, reconciliations and reporting discrepancies.
Support preparation of investor, management and regulatory reports.
Perform data validation and quality checks across multiple reporting sources.
Assist with automation and process improvements within fund reporting activities.
Maintain reporting documentation and ensure adherence to defined controls and procedures.
Manage reporting deliverables within agreed SLA and reporting timelines.
