Job Description:
Drive SAP PLM implementation, development, configuration, customization, and enhancement activities.
Work on Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes and related PLM workflows.
Gather requirements from business users and key users and translate them into functional solutions.
Prepare functional specifications and technical requirements for SAP-PLM development.
Participate in the end-to-end PLM implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, development, testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Provide L1/L2 functional support, troubleshoot issues, perform RCA, and coordinate defect resolution.
Develop and optimize customized SAP-PLM solutions such as GECOS-ECM.
Perform regression testing, test scenario creation, execution, and validation across Test and QA settings.




Analyze existing AS-IS PLM processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
Optimize PLM workflows and Engineering Change processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, developers, and cross-functional teams for successful implementation and enhancement projects.
Prepare process documentation, user guides, and other PLM-related technical/functional documentation.
Conduct user training, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions for global PLM users.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to PLM process standardization and optimization.
