Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly blade production targets.
Monitor production schedules and optimize resource utilization to meet customer demand.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Process Engineering teams for uninterrupted production.
Drive adherence to takt time, cycle time, and productivity targets.

Manufacturing Operations
Manage complete blade manufacturing activities including mold preparation, layup, resin infusion, curing, demolding, assembly, finishing, and dispatch readiness.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, process parameters, and engineering specifications.
Drive process stability and reduction of manufacturing defects.

Quality Management
Ensure First Pass Yield (FPY) and Right First Time (RFT) targets are achieved.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production quality issues.
Coordinate with Quality team to minimize rework and rejection losses.

Safety, Health & Setting (EHS)
Ensure 100% compliance with EHS standards, PTW requirements,



and safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
Drive Zero Harm culture across production teams.

People Management
Lead and supervise shift engineers, supervisors, and operators.
Ensure manpower deployment as per production requirements.
Drive capability development through training, skill matrix improvement, and succession planning.
Foster employee engagement and performance excellence.

Continuous Improvement
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Identify prospects for cycle time reduction, yield enhancement, and cost optimization.
Support digital manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.

Cost & Resource Management
Monitor material consumption and wastage.
Optimize labour productivity and equipment utilization.
