We are looking for a senior finance qualified with extensive experience in Accounts, Taxation, Legal Compliance, Banking, Customs, and Statutory Compliance. The ideal candidate should have worked in a manufacturing company with an annual turnover of ₹50 Crore or above and possess solid leadership skills to manage the complete finance and compliance function.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance
Manage the complete accounting function using Tally ERP.
Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.




Monitor day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities.
Handle customer outstanding reports, receivables analysis, and financial reporting.
Manage banking activities including online payments, receipts, FDRs, reconciliations, and banking documentation.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and file GST Returns.
Handle GST assessments, notices, and departmental compliance.
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns.
Ensure timely TDS deduction, return filing, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.
Manage statutory audits and compliance reporting.
Prepare MSME statutory returns.

Customs & Legal Compliance
Handle IGCR (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate) compliance.
Manage customs annexure returns and customs legal matters.
Liaise with customs authorities and consultants.
Ensure compliance with import and export regulations.
