This role requires working from our office 2-3x a week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and maintain effective and scalable ETL pipelines to




support our enterprise data warehouse and analytical needs.
Build scalable data models to support real-time transaction monitoring,
reconciliation, chargeback tracking, and fraud analysis.
Work with stakeholders across departments to understand business
requirements and translate them into actionable data models and
reports.
Manage and optimize large-scale data systems using Oracle and SQL
Server.
Integrate and normalize payment data from diverse platforms (e.g.,
Worldpay, Adyen, Stripe).
Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies between systems to
support timely reconciliation and root cause analysis.
Build dashboards and reports to monitor approval rates, decline
reasons, dispute trends, and interchange fee performance.
Drive automation in payment reporting processes to reduce manual
effort and improve accuracy.
Maintain documentation of ETL workflows, data dictionaries, and SLA
