Role & responsibilities

Project Manager
Plan, manage, and execute projects within the approved time, cost, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, QS, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Monitor daily project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Control project budget, materials, manpower, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
Resolve project issues, provide management updates, and ensure successful project handover.

Site Engineer
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects,



consultants, and vendors.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily productivity.
Check quality of civil, structural, finishing, and other site works.

QS
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
Prepare estimates and cost calculations for construction works.
Prepare and review BOQs and rate analysis.
Verify contractor bills and work completion measurements.
Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
Prepare interim payment certificates and payment recommendations.
