Key Responsibilities:
Source and purchase raw materials, goods, and services as per company requirements.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
Prepare and process purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
Ensure timely delivery and quality of procured items.
Track and report on procurement costs and savings.
Keep updated with market trends and pricing changes.




Collaborate with finance for invoice processing and payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Experience in procurement or purchasing role is a plus.
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/purchasing software.
Attention to detail and positive organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
