Job Description:

Position : Project Manager (Execution)

Exp : 4 - 6 years

Job Location : Vadodara (Travelling required for projects site of fire protection )

Salary Budget : 8.00 LPA

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end execution of fire protection projects including planning, site execution, coordination, testing, commissioning, and project handover while ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete execution of fire protection projects.
Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, clients, and site teams.
Monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, and site activities.
Ensure smooth installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Maintain quality, safety, and statutory compliance standards.
Handle client communication, progress reviews, and project reporting.
Resolve site execution issues and ensure timely project completion.




Supervise contractors and optimize resource utilization.
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of fire protection systems and project execution.
Positive leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of NFPA, safety standards, and industrial project practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Valuable communication and team management skills.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, Instrumentation, or related Engineering field.

Experience

Relevant experience in fire protection / EPC / industrial project execution preferred.
