Position: VMC Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in programming and setting milling machines, with a strong understanding of VMC operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Program and set up VMC machines according to engineering drawings and specifications
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Work with team to develop and implement current machining processes to improve productivity
Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as needed

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in programming and setting VMC machines
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications




Strong understanding of VMC operations and machining processes
Experience with CNC programming software and G-code
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as needed
Excellent time management and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing setting
