About the Role
We are hiring a Team Lead – Lead Generation to generate qualified leads and booked appointments from established marketing agencies in the UK and US, supporting our agency partnership (white-label outsourcing) business. This is a hands-on role covering LinkedIn outreach, ABM and targeted email marketing, and campaign content, with the prospect to build and lead a team of 2–3 email marketing and 2–3 LinkedIn outreach executives.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Outreach (UK/US)
Run structured LinkedIn outreach targeting founders, CEOs, and delivery heads at UK/US marketing agencies.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for exact account and prospect identification within the target ICP.
Operate LinkedIn automation tools (Expandi, Dripify, HeyReach, Waalaxy, or similar) safely, protecting account health.
Own connection sequences, personalized messaging, and follow-up cadences end to end.
Email Marketing — ABM & Targeted Campaigns
Execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns: personalized, multi-touch sequences for named target agencies.




Execute targeted bulk cold email campaigns with deliverability discipline — domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation, list hygiene, bounce management.
Operate platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Snov.io, or Woodpecker.
Content & Copy for ABM and Targeted Email
Write the outreach content yourself: email sequences, subject lines, LinkedIn messages, and InMails tailored to agency decision-makers in the UK/US.
Build account-specific messaging for ABM targets — referencing the prospect agency's services, clients, and likely outsourcing pain points.
Continuously A/B test copy and maintain a library of proven templates for the team to use.
Data Generation & List Building
Build verified prospect lists of UK/US marketing agencies using Apollo.io, Lusha, Snov.io, Sales Navigator, and enrichment workflows.
Maintain data quality: verification, deduplication, suppression lists, C
