About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our client’s retail team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, robust communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in customers and understand their needs.
Promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Ensure an excellent in-store customer experience.
Maintain proper product display, stock, and cleanliness of the store.
Handle billing, cash, and inventory as per company guidelines.
Assist in promotional activities, campaigns,



and recent product launches.
Build long-term customer relationships by offering personalized service.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric attitude with good product knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as per store requirements.
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
