CTC: ₹1.5–2.5 LPA + Performance-linked incentives + Other advantages

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social networking sites, and references as per requirement specifications.
Shortlist candidates via telephonic and technical screening while assessing their interest level and fitment.
Understand salary structures and manage salary negotiations.
Follow up with selected candidates to confirm Date of Joining (DOJ) and update clients/respective departments accordingly.

Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter with a Go-Getter attitude.
Comfortable with high-volume calling to potential candidates.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to track daily recruiting activities and maintain a candidate pipeline.

Working Hours: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
