Role Summary:
We're looking for energetic and passionate Baristas who can craft the perfect cup of coffee, engage with customers warmly, and keep the Swish vibe alive at our Bengaluru outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages as per Swish’s standards
Educate customers on our menu and make personalized drink recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and customer area
Manage stock levels and assist in inventory checks
Operate coffee machines and other café equipment efficiently




Handle billing and cash/card transactions using POS systems
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries or concerns politely
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Who Can Apply:
12th pass or graduate
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role preferred (6 months – 2 years)
Freshers with strong communication and customer service skills are welcome
Willing to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Skills Required:
Good spoken English and Kannada/Hindi
Basic understanding of coffee and café operations
Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
