Roles & Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection and queries (in-store / online)
Handle customer interactions via voice, chat, or in-person support
Support order processing, billing, returns, and exchanges
Maintain store presentation and product displays (for retail roles)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Undergraduate (as per role requirement)
Good communication skills in English
Prior experience in retail / customer service / BPO preferred
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts / weekends
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail store operations or e-commerce support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge / POS system familiarity
