Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows OS, system software, and standard applications.
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity across the organization.
Manage server infrastructure including Active Directory, file servers, and backup systems.
Ensure data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.
Handle IT security including antivirus management, firewall configuration, access control, and data protection.
Provide day-to-day technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware, networking, and AMC management.
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and compliance records.
Support ERP / SAP / business applications infrastructure as required.
Ensure system uptime and quick resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
Follow IT policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements (ISO / IT / Data security guidelines).
Support IT infrastructure setup for current locations, expansions, or upgrades
