Job Description:

Position: Production Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities
Responsible for overall operation, monitoring, and maintenance of EBW & PW machines.
Independently perform machine setting and parameter adjustments as required.
Operate Electron Beam Welding (EBW) machines efficiently and safely.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per maintenance plans.
Diagnose machine problems and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine machine care, inspections, and maintenance-related activities.
Prepare failure and breakdown reports for major machine issues.
Identify root causes and recommend suitable corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Support continuous improvement in machine performance, reliability, and productivity.

Required Skills




Basic knowledge and skills in welding processes.
Ability to differentiate between positive and defective welding joints.
Knowledge of basic welding quality parameters and inspection.
Ability to identify common welding defects and report them.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel for preparing production reports.
Ability to maintain daily production records and process data.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Electrical

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
