Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday HR Technical Lead to join our energetic team in India. As a key member of our HR IT team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday integrations, have a deep understanding of HR processes, robust analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Workday solutions.

Technical Skills
Inbound and Outbound EIBs
Core Connector Worker (CCW), Core Connector "x" (various) (including vendor specific templates)
Workday Studio Inbound/Outbound (SOAP, RAAS, WD API, Third Party API,Effective and Non-Effective dated custom objects)
