Ability to understand ETL & reporting requirements and explain technical concepts in business terms.
Requirement Gathering
Skilled in collecting and analyzing business needs and converting them into technical specs.
Good understanding of end-to-end data flow, transformation logic, and dependencies.
Ability to define functional & technical requirements for ETL and BI integrations.
Informatica (Core Skill):
ETL Workflow Design & Development
Hands-on experience in building mappings, sessions, and workflows.
Expertise in complex transformations (Lookup, Joiner, Aggregator, Router, Update Strategy, etc.).
Ability to develop scalable, maintainable ETL pipelines.
Advanced ETL Troubleshooting
Solid debugging skills for job failures, log analysis, data mismatches, logic errors, and connectivity issues.
Positive understanding of incremental loads, CDC, and orchestration.
Performance Optimization
Experience tuning mappings, sessions, workflows using partitioning, pushdown optimization, and tuning transformations.
Skilled in identifying bottle
