We are seeking an experienced Zuora CPQ and Billing Developer to join our Finance team and drive the implementation, customization, and optimization of our subscription billing and quote-to-cash processes. This role will be responsible for designing and developing solutions within the Zuora platform to support our growing subscription business model.

Responsibilities

Platform Development & Configuration:
Design, develop, and implement Zuora CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to streamline sales processes
Configure and customize Zuora Billing to support complex subscription models, pricing structures, and billing scenarios
Build and maintain integrations between Zuora and other business systems (CRM, ERP, data warehouses)
Develop custom workflows, business rules, and automated processes within the Zuora platform

Technical Implementation & Integration:




Design and maintain API integrations using Zuora's REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs
Develop custom reports and analytics dashboards using Zuora Reporting and Analytics
Implement data transformation and migration processes for system integrations
Develop automated testing frameworks for Zuora configurations and customizations

Business Process Optimization:
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to understand billing and quoting requirements
Design scalable solutions for complex subscription scenarios including usage-based billing, multi-entity structures, and revenue recognition
Optimize quote-to-cash processes to improve sales efficiency and customer experience
Support month-end close processes and ensure accurate revenue reporting

Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zuora platform issues
