Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate who will be an asset to our sales sourcing team, with effective sales experience in the real estate market and hands-on experience in sourcing.

Roles & Responsibilities
Sourcing & Activation of Channel Partners – 20%
Adhering to IBM, OBM & Weekly Walk-ins as required by the Sales Head – 20%
Market Intelligence – 20%
Technical skills related to the Real Estate Industry – 20%
Report Preparation & System Understanding – 10%
Good / Effective Communication – 10%

Minimum Requirements

Industry: Real Estate, Developer & Construction

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in real estate sourcing and channel partner management.




Robust network of Channel Partners and Brokers.
Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sourcing targets.
Positive understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Solid communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting.
