Job Description:

Position: Fabric Merchandiser

Location: Mumbai - Kalyan

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Industries: Textile

Responsibilities:
Coordinate fabric development and samples including lab-dips, strike-offs, PP samples, bulk lot samples and quality samples as per customer requirements.
Coordinate sample testing, approvals and mary dispatch of samples to customers.
Act as a key point of contact for assigned customers and provide regular updates on order status, samples, approvals and deliveries.
Coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, Producon, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
Monitor orders against T&A; plans, follow up with relevant teams and proacvely highlight potential delays or risks.
Coordinate purchase orders, customer confirmations, commercial approvals, advance payments and dispatch-related documentaon as required.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, samples, approvals, testing reports, production status, dispatches and customer communicaon.
Support inquiry management by coordinang samples and quotations with the Sales team and following up for order conversion.




Handle routine customer queries, feedback and service concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for resoluon.
Coordinate dispatch planning and ensure delivery-related documents and informaon are shared with customers on me.
