I. Job Summary

The role is responsible for validating reporting-related data, ensuring accuracy in cost basis, income classifications, and withholding information.

The incumbent will support tax audit processes, resolve reporting exceptions, and collaborate closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

II. Roles & Responsibilities
Perform data audits to identify and resolve tax reporting discrepancies
Validate reporting data including cost basis, income classification, and withholding details
Collaborate with operations, compliance, and external vendors for tax reporting processes
Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory audits
Investigate and resolve reporting exceptions within defined timelines
Ensure adherence to regulatory and reporting standards

High accuracy in data review and exception handling
Ability to work under regulatory and reporting deadlines
Understanding of internal controls and audit standards
