Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets:
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding product portfolio within existing accounts.
Ensure monthly and quarterly sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Engage with Customers:
Schedule and conduct regular meetings with doctors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Build and nurture strong relationships with current and existing clients to increase brand presence.
Product Promotion & Demonstration:




Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to generate awareness and interest among healthcare providers.
Execute promotional campaigns and activities to drive product visibility and demand.
Territory Management:
Implement and follow a structured territory coverage plan to ensure optimal client engagement.
Adjust visit frequency based on customer potential and support requirements.
Channel Relationship Management:
Maintain robust rapport with distributors, dealers, and other channel partners to facilitate smooth sales operations.
Sales Closure & Negotiation:
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales orders efficiently.
Customer Support:
Address customer queries, provide product-related assistance, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Reporting & Administration:
Use mobile apps and CRM tools to log daily sales activities, submit expense claims, and report critic
