Responsibilities:
Assure that the Quality Shift leader and Inspectors are supervising the production processes to make sure that product meets quality requirements. % FG defect and external complaints (Quantitative).
Commonly work with other managers and executives to ensure that all employees are following established procedures and policies related to quality control. No of non-conformities (Quantitative).
Analytical and Problem-solving ability. Reduction in Quality issues.
Leading the quality improvement projects. Reduction in Quality defects.
Training to Quality Shift Leaders / Quality Inspectors. No of trainings done as per Training Needs Identified.
Supplier Quality Management, PPAP, Supplier Audit. Supplier Quality Improvements.
Supports Planning and execution of Innovation projects fulfilling the Quality requirement in Coordination with the Engineering and Project team. No of Trials and Projects.
Adherence to document and Process requirements of the Customers with respect to PQC operations. % Failure rate in the Internal and External audits.
Optimum Usage of Resources available in PQC. Multiskilling of Quality Inspectors.
