Role Purpose
The Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of employee wellbeing initiatives across the organization, ensuring seamless execution, robust vendor governance, and a high-quality employee experience. The role will serve as the central point of contact for wellbeing programs, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute organization-wide wellbeing programs, campaigns, workshops, webinars, and engagement initiatives.
Manage relationships with wellbeing vendors, EAP providers, healthcare partners, and wellness platforms, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service standards.
Track program participation,utilization, employee feedback, and vendor performance.
Prepare periodic dashboards, reports, and insights for HR leadership.
Manage program calendars, communications,logistics, and stakeholder coordination across locations.
Support employees in accessing wellbeing resources and ensuretimelyresolution of program-related queries.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data privacy,



and governance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement through analysis of participation trends and employee feedback.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate degree in HR/Psychology/Business Administration.
4–7 years of experience in employee wellbeing, employee engagement, HR operations, program management, or healthcare coordination.
Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-location programs and vendor relationships.
Experience working with EAPs, wellness providers, or employee engagement platforms isan advantage, but not a limitation.
