Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree with accounts background, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in ERP selection, procurement, and full-lifecycle implementations. Solid understanding (SAP, Oracle, Zoho) and industry best practices.
Lead the vendor selection process: define business requirements, draft Request for Proposals (RFPs), and coordinate vendor demonstrations. Analyze your current workflows and perform gap analysis to see where systems like SAP, Oracle, or Zoho fit best. Manage project timelines, budgets, risk, and cross-functional teams to prevent implementation delays. Act as the primary liaison between your company's leadership and ERP vendors/consultant Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM) to meet specific business needs. Manage data migration from current systems (like Tally / Excel) to the current platform
