Role Overview

The Facility Manager – Tech will be responsible for the end-to-end management of facilities operations at technology client sites. This role ensures seamless service delivery, compliance, vendor management, and superior workplace experience while meeting SLA and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day facility operations across tech/corporate campuses
Ensure delivery of hard and soft services as per defined SLAs
Oversee services including housekeeping, security, MEP, helpdesk, and pest control
Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders at site
Drive vendor management,



performance reviews, and contract compliance
Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and compliance requirements
Manage site budgets, cost controls, and vendor billing validations
Lead and manage on-site teams including supervisors and service staff
Track and improve KPIs related to uptime, response time, and service quality
Handle escalations, audits, and inspections effectively
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Support client transitions, expansions, and recent site mobilizations

Desired Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of tech park / corporate facility operations
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
Sound knowledge of hard services (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Strong people management and vendor coordination skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel, reports, and basic CAFM / helpdesk
