Job Description:

Position: Instrumentation Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 3 - 7 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
General specification of field instruments.
Preparation of Instrument index and I/O list.
Preparation of datasheets for valves and instruments.
Selection and sizing of control valves.
Preparation of hookup drawings.
Preparation of loop drawings.
Preparation of engineering deliverables like cable tray layouts & instrument location drawings.
Program automated instruments on recent processes in case of unit addition of existing instruments
Provide adequate supplementary instrument(s) in case of unavailability of spares leading to delays in repairs

Required Skills:
Experience in DCS , PLC, SIS and Field Instruments includes different types transmitters, control valves, switches,



analyzers, sensors, RTDs, Thermocouples and drain valves etc
Should have decent knowledge on reading the engineering documents like PFDs, I/O list/ P&ID;, Point database etc .
Solid technical and communication skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to handle technical tasks independently.

Required Qualification: - Dilpoma/B.E/B.Tech - Instrumentation

Salary :- Upto 5.40 LPA
