We are currently hiring Transaction Management Specialists to support one of our global banking clients, focusing on managing loan transactions and supporting the lending lifecycle.

Role Overview

The Transaction Management Specialist will support multiple aspects of the loan lifecycle, including loan origination, transaction closing, servicing coordination, data management, and quality control.

The role involves working closely with various stakeholders such as credit risk, operations, legal teams,



and business units to ensure smooth execution of loan transactions while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Lifecycle Management
Support loan origination and lifecycle management for complex syndicated and bilateral loans including:
Corporate lending
Commercial lending
Real estate financing
Structured lending
Trade finance
Manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions.

Transaction Coordination
Coordinate and execute loan closings and lifecycle events.
Capture transaction data and maintain documentation.
Facilitate client onboarding and transaction processing.
Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve transaction roadblocks.

Process & Controls
Assist in developing processes, procedures, controls, and operational standards.
Ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal policies.
Perform quality control checks across loan transactio
