Job Description:

Job Purpose:
The O&M; Site In-Charge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance optimization of solar power plants in Karnataka. The role ensures plant availability, reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations of solar PV plants to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor SCADA systems, energy yields, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Team Management:
Supervise, train, and manage O&M; technicians and contractors.
Allocate manpower efficiently and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and in office trainings.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in PV modules,



inverters, transformers, and electrical systems.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for major repairs.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical reports.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and environmental standards.
Implement safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture in office.
Conduct periodic safety audits and risk assessments.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Track plant performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Support management in performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
