Quality Manager (Flexible Packaging) Job Title: Quality Manager - Flexible Packaging Division Location: Mehsana Job Type: Full time Department: Quality Control - Adaptable Packaging Division Reporting to: Director of Operations Job Overview: As the Quality Manager for the Flexible Packaging Division at you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance within this specific division. The role requires a seasoned professional with significant experience in the flexible packaging industry, who can ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system specific to flexible packaging. Ensure the system complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee the quality control processes, including inspection and testing of materials and finished products. Establish quality assurance protocols and ensure adherence to these standards.




Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the quality control team within the flexible packaging division. Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and efficiency in production processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their quality requirements and ensure these are met or exceeded. Address and resolve any quality-related client complaints or issues.
Compliance and Certification: Ensure compliance with relevant standards, such as ISO and BRC, specific to adaptable packaging. Keep abreast of industry changes and update quality systems accordingly.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain proper documentation for audits and review
