We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, performance analysis, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, identify trends and opportunities, monitor key financial metrics, and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and operating costs.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
Analyze actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
Track key financial and business performance indicators.
Identify cost-saving prospects and areas for improving profitability.
Support management in financial planning and strategic decision-making.
Conduct variance analysis and investigate significant deviations.
Monitor branch/location-wise financial performance.
Assist with cash-flow forecasting and working-capital management.
Analyze revenue trends, patient volumes, service profitability, and operational costs.
Support preparation of business cases, investment analysis, and expansion plans.
Coordinate with Accounts, Operations,



Business Development, and Management teams.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of financial information.
Assist in audits and provide required financial data and documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
Robust knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, accounting, or management reporting.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, or multi-location organizations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
