Role & responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Promote hospital services through health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach.
Support hospital marketing and branding initiatives.
Coordinate VIP visits and special patient requirements.
