Coordinating closely with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful transactions.
Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing sales performance and marketing effectiveness to senior management.
Managing marketing budgets and resource allocation.
