Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patients' health conditions.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and accurately record vital signs, clinical observations, intake/output, and other relevant patient information.
Identify changes in patients' conditions and promptly escalate concerns to the treating physician or senior nursing staff.
Assist doctors during diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures.
Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheter care, IV therapy, specimen collection, and other procedures within scope of practice.
Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and initiate emergency nursing interventions.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely nursing and patient documentation.
Ensure proper medication safety, including the five rights of medication administration.
Maintain infection-prevention and control standards and follow hospital protocols.
