Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets.
Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production employees.
Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor production output, efficiency, and waste levels.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams.
Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology,



or a related field.
0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
