Role Overview

The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned zone. The role involves managing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in financial services or banking, with expertise in sales management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets within the designated zone.
Manage, mentor,



and lead a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and efficiency.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, financial institutions, and channel partners.
Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth prospects.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Drive customer acquisition efforts by improving sales processes and engagement strategies.
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand positioning and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
5+ years of experience in the financial services, banking, or lending industry.
