Role: Business Development Coordinator
Experience: 0–1 Year
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students and professionals through calls and follow-ups
Provide information about training programs and career opportunities
Generate and manage leads effectively
Support the enrollment process by guiding candidates appropriately
Maintain solid relationships and regular communication with candidates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support
Contribute towards achieving monthly targets and team goals
Requirements:
Robust communication and coordination skills
Interest in Business Development and Client Interaction
Basic understanding of lead management and follow-up process
Knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) is an added advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
Freshers – ₹18,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
