We are looking for a sharp, proactive and detail-oriented skilled to join our Real Estate Development Company and take ownership of our customer relationship and accounts function.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships from booking to possession
Oversee customer accounts, collections, receivables & payment follow-ups
Handle customer queries, documentation, agreements & statements
Coordinate closely with Sales, Accounts & Legal teams
Prepare MIS and provide regular reporting to management
Ensure a seamless, qualified customer experience

Ideal Candidate
3–7 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relations / Accounts
Prior experience with a reputed real estate developer preferred
Solid Excel, communication, coordination & follow-up skills
Highly organised, accountable and comfortable taking ownership

Place: Vikhroli / Mulund, Mumbai
