Job Description

We are looking for a UPS Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of Online UPS systems and associated batteries at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and test Online UPS systems at customer sites.
Attend breakdown and service complaints and provide timely technical support.
Diagnose and troubleshoot UPS faults, alarms, battery issues, and power-related problems.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks of UPS systems.
Check UPS modules, rectifiers, inverters, batteries, bypass systems, and related components.
Conduct battery inspection, testing, and replacement activities.
Prepare service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with customers and internal sales/service teams for service requirements.
Provide technical guidance to customers regarding UPS operation and maintenance.
Travel to customer locations as required for installation and service activities.




Ensure proper documentation and closure of service calls.
Follow company safety procedures and service standards.

Qualification
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in UPS, inverter, electrical, or power electronics service is preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Online UPS systems and batteries.
Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter and clamp meter.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a service team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
