Designation: MEP Site Engineer

Job Description:
Should be able to read and interpret MEP drawings
Must ensure all MEP works are carried out in accordance with safety and compliance standards
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for MEP materials and execution
Should be able to prepare BOQs and verify contractor bills
Responsible for quality checks of installations in office
Must be capable of resolving site-level issues related to MEP services
Ensure timely completion of work in line with project milestones
Should be available for site work beyond normal hours, if required
Must ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of MEP activities

Primary Responsibilities:
Supervision and execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works at site
Coordination with civil and architectural teams for MEP-related activities
Monitoring installation of HVAC, fire-fighting systems, electrical panels, plumbing, etc.
Review of MEP drawings and ensuring work as per approved design
Preparing daily progress reports and site updates
Material planning and ensuring timely availability at site




Ensuring work completion as per project timeline and quality standards
Reporting to Project Manager / MEP Manager

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Site coordination and supervision skills
Knowledge of safety practices and quality control
Problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site
AutoCAD / Revit (basic level) preferred
Valuable communication and leadership

Educational Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical (with relevant experience)
3 to 5 years in MEP site execution and coordination
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects preferred
