Customer Relation Officer (CRO) is responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with customers, addressing their queries, promoting company products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to business growth through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers in a qualified and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
