Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom sales and operations.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the showroom sales team.
Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries and support the team in closing sales.
Monitor product displays, stock availability, and showroom cleanliness.
Track daily sales performance and prepare reports.
Train recent sales executives/promoters on products and sales techniques.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with management for stock, pricing, offers, and sales activities.
Monitor team attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in showroom sales/retail sales.
Experience in team handling and target achievement.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Candidates from electronics, hardware, software, CCTV, laptop, mobile, or retail sales backgrounds are preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
