Technical Manager for SaaS Development Company - Website Learners

Location: Chennai, T. Nagar

Website Learners is a rapidly growing SaaS development company focused on creating cutting-edge products for content creators and businesses alike. We are the team behind videorespond.com (a video collaboration tool), gravitywrite (an AI-based content writing app), vidrapid (a YouTube summary tool powered by ChatGPT), makeyourwp.com, and webspacekit.com.

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Technical Manager with a strong full-stack development background to join our team in Chennai, T. Nagar. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, and will be responsible for clearing technical roadblocks faced by our developers on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the development team in creating, maintaining, and improving our suite of products
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, identifying and clearing roadblocks as needed
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Evaluate new technologies and tools to optimize the development process and enhance product offerings

Technical Skills:




Proficiency in Vue.js, Bootstrap, Node.js, Express.js, Firebase, and Firestore Cloud Service for SaaS product development
Experience with WordPress and PHP for makeyourwp.com and webspacekit.com
Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-stack development role
At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or management position
Proven track record of managing development teams and delivering successful products
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to think strategically
Solid written and verbal communication skills
