Drawing Reading, Experience of Fabrication, Welding And all Job Process.
Preparation of BOM and Drawing Study.
Preparation of Job Schedule.
Co-ordination with Shop.
To attend Production Review Meeting.
Co-ordination with shop W.R.T. Schedule. Prior Intimation to customers if job is not completion as per schedule.
Manage shop floor & meet production schedules.
Ensuring safety of all employees by secure working practices.
Capable for handling and guiding the team.
To ensure production planning as per requirement and attainment of the production plan.
Ensuring production targets are met with quality on day to day basis by effective utilization of human resources.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Should be well versed in languages such as English, Hindi, Marathi




A solid technical background
Should be comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Team working ability, analytical and problem-solving skills
the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Candidate should have a positive skill of AutoCAD/MS Excel.
