We are a professional Sports Academy based at Ottapalam, Palakkad (Kerala) and are looking for experienced coaches to assist our Cricket training programs.

Core Responsibilities:
Skill Development: Teach and refine technical aspects of batting, bowling, and fielding, including specialized skills (e.g., spin variations, swing, pace, and wicket-keeping).
Match Analysis: Utilize video footage and match statistics to evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback.
Strategic Planning: Create game plans, assess opponents’ weaknesses, and advise the team captain.
Fitness & Conditioning: Monitor players' physical fitness and collaborate with strength and conditioning trainers.
Mental Conditioning: Build resilience, confidence, and focus in players during high-pressure situations.
Team Management: Foster a positive team workplace and handle team dynamics.

Essential Qualifications
Certifications:



Recognized coaching credentials (such as BCCI, NCA, ICC, or ECB coaching badges).
Experience: 1 to 5+ years of experience coaching at the school, club, or skilled level.
Playing Experience: Proven background of playing competitive cricket at a regional, state, or national level.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern cricket rules, regulations, and formats.

Key Soft Skills
Leadership & Motivation: Ability to inspire athletes and manage diverse personalities.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide explicit, actionable feedback to players.
Patience & Dedication: Willingness to work with players of varying skill levels.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
