Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company’s overseas migration services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate current business leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Contact prospective clients and explain company services effectively.
Convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up regularly with leads and update client details in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Participate in promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.

Skills Required:




Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Valuable interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email handling).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
