QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA / BE (MECHANICAL)
Developing and implementing quality control systems: Quality Managers create and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conducting inspections and audits: They perform inspections and audits to identify and address defects, ensuring that products meet the desired quality and reliability standards.
Data analysis and improvement: Quality Managers analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions like corrective actions and preventative actions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams: They work closely with various departments to optimize processes, resolve quality issues, and enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Training and mentoring: Quality Managers train and mentor quality team members to promote a culture of high quality and continuous improvement.
These roles are crucial for maintaining high standards of quality in the forging autoparts manufacturing industry, ensuring that products meet the expectations of customers and regulatory bodies.
